This privacy policy will explain how Excelsior UK Consulting Ltd (“we”, “our” or “us”) uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

We keep our privacy policy under regular review and place any updates on this web page. This privacy policy was last updated on 6 November 2020.

We collect personal data from users only when they voluntarily submit such information to us, and users may visit our website on an anonymous basis. 

The personal data we may collect include: name; email address; phone number; information related to school searches (eg the user’s child’s current age and academic information); and information related to home searches (eg budget and area search criteria). 

These personal data may be collected in a number of ways, including when the user: submits our online enquiry form; completes an online registration form; contacts us directly via email, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger or through our Facebook Page. 

We collect your data so that we can contact you via email/WhatsApp about services we think you might be interested, including initial consultations.

We would only share your data with our partner companies (so that they may offer you their products and services) if you give us consent to do so.


2. Non-personal identification data

We may also collect non-personal identification data of users when they visit our website. These non-personal identification data may include: technical information about the user’s means of connecting to our website (eg the internet service providers or the operating system); and the browser name.

Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behaviour information. When you visit our website, we may collect information from you automatically through cookies or similar technology.
